What are the terms for working with your Partnership Program?
When you start working with us you automatically get a 50% partnership. Making 40 sales within any period increases your revshare to 55% while making 80 sales within a period takes you to the 60% partnership mark. Affiliates who manage to make 120 sales within any period enjoy the benefit of having a 65% partnership for life.
When and how do you pay?
Every month is divided into 2 periods.
Period 1 - 1st to 15th
Period 2 - 16th up till the end of the month.
The payments are made on the 1-5th and 15-20th of the month, i.e. 2 weeks after the period is closed. This means that the money earned, say, within the period between January 1 and January 15 will be paid out between February 1 and February 5.
In case the day of payment is a weekend or a holiday this payment is made on the next following business day.
My payment is marked as 'sent', but I didn't receive it yet.
There is a certain transfer time (time between us sending the money and you receiving it) for each type of payment. Transfer time can sometimes increase because of the holidays in different countries and other reasons we have no influence over. Thus it may take up to 10 business days for a wire transfer and up to a month for a check (in some countries) to reach you.
Please, also note that in case with some Payment Systems we make the transfers via Financial Services Providers and it may take them a few extra business days to process the payment.
If you believe that a reasonable transfer time has already passed, please don't hesitate to contact our support service and we will put our every effort to help you find out the reasons for such a delay and make sure no payments are lost.

We always respond to our affiliates' requests putting our every effort to make working with us comfortable for webmasters worldwide. If you wish to get paid via a payment system not currently included in our list, please feel free to contact us and if this payment system is popular we'll do our best to give you an opportunity to get paid via this system.
What if I want to change the payment method, account number, minimum payout, etc.?
The accounting closes on the 7th and the 22nd of the month, so you need to make all the changes in your account settings prior to these dates in order for them to become effective in a current period.
For example, the accounting for the first period of January (Jan. 1-15) closes on January 22 and if you make the changes in your payment details before this date they will be effective for this period and the next payout (on Feb.1-5) will be made using the new payment details. If you change the payment details on January 23 or later the payment for this period will be made using the old details and the payment for the following period (Jan.16-31) will be made using the new ones.
What happens if you cannot send me the money using the payment details I provided?
If you specified the wrong payment method or a non-existent account number and we are not able to transfer the money the payment amount returns to your webmaster account and the letter is sent to your e-mail address to notify you of the problem. You will be able to receive the money at the end of the next period if you provide us with the correct details for the payment.
If we are not able to send you the payment three times in a row due to incorrect payment details we reserve the right to increase your payout minimum so that the knowingly unsendable payment doesn't get to payouts. In this case you will also receive a notification e-mail with all the details of the problem.
In any case the money remains on your webmaster account and will be available for payout as soon as you change the payment details to correct ones.
What are the regional prices? Can I get paid in my local currency?
Customers can use their local credit cards and pay in several of the world's currencies (e.g. EUR, GBP, CAD) while purchasing a membership. However the billing system transfers all the transactions into US dollars and thus we only pay our webmasters in USD.
